Mark Bakhet*

Mark advises entrepreneurs, professionals, and growth-focused companies on corporate structuring, commercial strategy, and long-term business planning. Having joined Parr Business Law in his role as Associate Counsel, Mark brings an entrepreneurial perspective to the legal and operational realities facing modern businesses.

Mark’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including incorporations and reorganizations, shareholder and partnership agreements, professional corporations, commercial contracts, governance, and strategic transactions. He regularly advises on acquisitions, ownership transitions, and business structuring designed to support scalability and asset protection.

A significant portion of Mark’s work is dedicated to healthcare professionals and healthcare practices. He works closely with physicians, dentists, and other regulated practitioners to establish and structure healthcare corporations, design shareholder arrangements, implement practice management frameworks, and navigate regulatory considerations specific to professional practice. His approach is proactive and systems-oriented — helping healthcare providers build efficient, compliant, and resilient organizations.
