Ty Dergousoff
Ty moved to Vancouver from Edmonton in 2011 to complete his business degree, and later his law degree at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, University of British Columbia.
He enjoys learning about clients’ business and personal goals and providing them with the legal tools to get there. He appreciates that operating a small business often isn’t very compatible with legal jargon and academic opinion letters, and he strives to incorporate practicality and efficiency into his legal advice.
While he remains loyal to his prairie roots, he loves the West Coast: the weather, the $6 pour-over coffees, and the chill Kitsilano yogi scene. He enjoys a long run, and he’s been (slowly) mastering the sport of tennis away from his desk, but until he breaks a 2 hr marathon or his backhand improves, he has no intention of quitting his day job to go pro.
